My favorite tool for discerning your natural abilities and aptitudes is the Highlands Ability Battery – an objective “gold standard” natural ability & aptitude battery. All the options in the chart below feature this invaluable tool.
Instead of having you answer questions about yourself, the battery is made up of research-based “puzzles,” so the results are entirely objective and strengths-based.
We will get great clarity on your natural gifts which are linked to career paths. When we add that objective, reliable data to a review of your history, values, personality, and interests during our time together, you will have clarity and confidence to move forward like never before.

My General Recommendations:
Students, Ages 15-23: I typically recommend the Aptitude Discovery Package, Aptitude Discovery Package PLUS, or the Best-Fit Discovery Package, depending on how many jobs and/or majors you’ve had and how many possibilities you’re considering AND depending on how much detail and specific direction you’re seeking. Ages 23-28: For career direction alone, I typically recommend the Aptitude Discovery Package PLUS or Best-Fit Discovery Package. If you’d like help moving forward and transitioning into a new position as well, then I recommend the Career Transition Package or the Best-Fit Transition Package.
Ages 28-65+: Depending on your goal, such as self-knowledge, re-entering the workforce, or changing careers, and how much detail, specific direction, and/or support moving forward you’re seeking, I might recommend the Aptitude Discovery Package PLUS, the Career Transition Package, the Best-Fit Discovery Package, or the Best-Fit Transition Package.

The Custom Coaching Package is designed for both career and life coaching. This custom package is completely personalized to help you reach your individual goals and objectives, whether career- or life-related.
The Custom Coaching Package includes six (6) one-hour one-on-one coaching meetings by Zoom and weekly application assignments, depending on your goals. (The six meetings must be used within 4 months of purchase, unless prior arrangements have been made.)

Pricing Details
Payment options include all credit/debit cards, and checks upon request. Depending on the type of package or appointment, payment is due prior to receiving links for assessments or at time of scheduling.
Most of our packages offer an option for payments. If you prefer to spread out your payments beyond our standard options, that is handled through PayPal. They offer a no payments + no interest option if paid in full within 6 months. Please email support@210consulting.org if you’d like an invoice to pay through PayPal.
